The Amazon Flex team is looking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to lead the acquisition, onboarding, and activation of delivery partners across Canada. In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of the entire top-funnel strategy, budget, and channel selection to optimize the onboarding process for delivery partners.
You’ll manage a team responsible for executing both online and offline marketing campaigns at both the national and regional levels, while also improving internal channels and optimizing conversion rates.

About the Role
As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will design and implement a comprehensive acquisition, onboarding, and activation strategy for Amazon Flex Canada. Working closely with the North American team, you will set goals, measure performance, and manage omni-channel campaigns tailored to different regions. Your role includes overseeing onboarding capacity targets, managing the acquisition budget, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
In this position, you will drive strategic initiatives, streamline marketing processes, and test various campaign strategies to boost partner acquisition. Additionally, you will proofread marketing communications in local languages to ensure clarity and effectiveness. This role demands a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Amazon Flex CA acquisition, onboarding, and activation roadmap.
- Partner with the North American team to set and monitor performance goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize omni-channel campaigns at the regional level.
- Oversee onboarding capacity targets and gap-closing tactics.
- Manage the acquisition budget to achieve onboarding goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create impactful campaigns and user experiences.
- Develop marketing improvements based on program insights.
- Create mechanisms to standardize marketing management and identify areas of opportunity.
- Proof marketing communications for effectiveness and clarity in local languages.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
- 7+ years of experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
- Fluent in French (speaking, writing, and reading).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with globally recognized partners.
