As a key member of the WWSO team, you’ll orchestrate sales strategies across AWS and collaborate with specialists, architects, and account teams worldwide. With a strong focus on customer obsession, you will lead initiatives to address complex business challenges using GenAI, while also influencing AWS product roadmaps by bringing valuable customer insights to shape the future of cloud innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead global go-to-market (GTM) strategies and orchestrate sales efforts for Amazon Q services.
- Collaborate with AWS sales, marketing, partner, and product teams to accelerate the adoption of GenAI technology.
- Drive innovation by bringing customer feedback to influence AWS product roadmaps.
- Develop field enablement strategies and deliver expert-level sales guidance to AWS teams.
- Serve as a thought leader in industry events, conferences, and workshops.
Basic Qualifications
Amazon requires the following basic qualifications for the Sr. Worldwide Specialist role:
- 7+ years of relevant Go-to-market, Technical Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, or SaaS environments.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Amazon prefers candidates who also possess the following qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience communicating to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work with C-level executives and business leaders.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and public/hybrid cloud platforms.
- Experience negotiating complex deals and developing go-to-market strategies in a matrixed sales environment.
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS is a plus.
