Amazon is seeking a Lead Retail Associate for the Amazon Go store in Mill Creek, WA. This reduced full-time position offers a starting pay of $23.00 per hour with benefits available. You will work 30-39 hours per week, requiring open availability between 5am-10pm, Sunday through Saturday. As a Lead Retail Associate, you will be the face of Amazon Go, playing a key role in fostering a vibrant store culture and delivering an exceptional customer experience through your attention to detail and leadership.
In this role, you will assist with store operations, hold floor leader responsibilities, and maintain a key to the store. Additional duties include supporting the onboarding process for new employees, providing peer-to-peer feedback, and managing inventory workflow processes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership by modeling customer engagement strategies and serving as a floor leader.
- Support store operations by assisting with inventory management, receiving, stocking, and replenishing products.
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety at all times.
- Assist in training and onboarding new associates, providing guidance on store processes and operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the store’s customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Perform supervisory tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and time/attendance tracking.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of floor leadership or 1+ years of Amazon experience.
- 3+ years of retail or customer-facing experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Amazon prefers candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Experience working in Amazon Physical Stores.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience managing inventory in a retail setting.
- Experience providing peer-to-peer feedback and mentoring others.
