About the Role: Warehouse Worker 1

As a Warehouse Worker, your day-to-day involves accurately fulfilling customer orders through picking and packing, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and using Radio Frequency (RF) terminals to manage inventory, quality checks, and shipping tasks. You’ll read labels, scan packages, sort products to the correct destinations, and maintain thorough records to support inventory integrity across the facility.

Safety and quality are central to everything in this role. You’ll be expected to follow all company safety standards, inspect products for damage or inaccuracies, participate in physical inventories and cycle counts, and support the broader warehouse team by learning responsibilities across multiple areas. This is a physically active role that requires the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet for the duration of each shift.

This position offers a pay rate of $18.50 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium for overnight work, with a general pay range of CAD $16.06 – $27.02 depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities
