Job Summary & Tips for Applying
This Warehouse Associate II – MHE role is a strong fit if you’ve already worked in a warehouse environment and can handle end-to-end tasks like receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counts. In your application, mirror the posting language by calling out your experience with SOPs, accuracy checks (product codes, lot numbers, expiry dates), and maintaining clean shipping documentation.
Because this job includes operating equipment (pallet movers, forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers), make your resume easy to scan: list the exact equipment you’ve used and connect it to outcomes like safe trailer loading, correct palletizing/wrapping, and consistent productivity. If you’ve used RF scanners or a warehouse management system to print labels, confirm shipments, or run inventory reports, include that clearly.
To stand out, emphasize safety and reliability on shift—things like pre-use equipment checks, hazard awareness, and following client/GMP procedures. The posting also mentions responding to customer/client inquiries and compiling KPI reports, so include examples where you communicated clearly, solved issues quickly, and kept data accurate.
