About the Role: Top Customer Solutions Developer II

Responsibilities

As a Top Customer Solutions Developer II, you’ll work on resolving customer issues and ensuring product readiness. Your role is crucial in driving customer success and enhancing Google Cloud’s offerings.

  • Work with customers on their production deployments to resolve issues and achieve product readiness, availability, and scale.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Google Cloud’s product technology through troubleshooting and diagnosing customer-reported issues.
  • Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
  • Understand customer issues and advocate for their needs with internal teams to improve the product.
  • Ensure 24-hour customer support, including non-standard hours or shifts, and weekend work as needed.
