About the role: Tesla Advisor
As a Tesla Advisor, you will engage and educate prospective customers and current owners through calls, emails, texts, and events about Tesla’s products, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and scheduling test drives.
You will support monthly sales and delivery targets, provide top-tier customer service throughout the sales, delivery, and installation process, and conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations tailored to each customer’s needs.

Requirements / Skills
- 1+ year of customer service or sales experience with a proven track record
- Energetic, organized, and passionate about sustainable energy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
- Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license
