What Does a Tesla Advisor Do?
As a Tesla Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and current customers, guiding them through the Tesla journey from inquiry to delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with customers, educating them on Tesla’s innovative products, and ensuring a seamless sales and delivery process.
Your ability to connect with people, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and create memorable experiences will drive customer satisfaction and Tesla’s success. This role is perfect for enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage and Educate: Communicate with prospective and current customers via calls, emails, texts, and events to educate them about Tesla’s product offerings.
- Sales Pipeline: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by collecting customer information and scheduling/co-piloting test drives.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Contribute to monthly sales and delivery goals by meeting and exceeding individual sales and KPI targets.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service throughout the entire sales and delivery process, as well as continued support post-delivery.
- Delivery Preparation: Prepare, stage, and charge vehicles ahead of delivery appointments and conduct personalized vehicle orientations.
- Documentation: Execute customer documents on delivery day and facilitate home deliveries where applicable.
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of experience in customer service and/or sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and passion for transforming personal transportation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
- Ability to obtain appropriate licensing where required.
- Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
