What Does a Tesla Advisor Do?
As a Tesla Advisor, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador, delivering top-notch customer service throughout the sales and delivery process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will range from scheduling test drives and educating customers on Tesla’s cutting-edge technology to preparing vehicles for delivery and assisting customers post-purchase. This role blends sales expertise with exceptional service to ensure every customer’s experience is memorable.

Your Responsibilities
- Engage and Educate: Communicate with potential and current customers via calls, emails, texts, and events to educate them about Tesla’s product offerings.
- Sales Pipeline: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer information and scheduling/co-piloting test drives for qualified leads.
- Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed individual sales and KPI targets, actively contributing to Tesla’s monthly sales objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide unparalleled support throughout the sales, delivery, and post-purchase process.
- Delivery Preparation: Prepare, stage, and charge customer vehicles ahead of scheduled delivery appointments.
- Vehicle Orientation: Conduct tailored vehicle orientations for new owners, ensuring they are confident and comfortable with their Tesla.
- Documentation: Execute delivery documents and facilitate direct home deliveries when applicable.
What You’ll Bring
- Bilingual: Proficiency in French and English (French as mother tongue or equivalent).
- Experience: 1+ year in customer service and/or sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
- Licensing: Must maintain a valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada. Ability to obtain appropriate certifications where required.
- Enthusiasm: Positive attitude and passion for revolutionizing the transportation industry.
