This role is key to exceeding client expectations from their initial showroom visit to their delivery day experience.
Your responsibilities involve guiding customers through Tesla’s products and ensuring a seamless sale and delivery process. We are looking for someone who is energetic, highly organized, and hardworking, with a true passion for sustainable energy and a knack for creating exceptional client experiences.
About the role: Tesla Advisor, Sales
You will greet and engage walk-in guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere that sparks effective conversations while educating prospective customers about Tesla’s product offerings. By collecting customer information and facilitating test drives, you help build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Actively contributing to monthly sales and delivery goals is essential, as is demonstrating expertise in Tesla’s products and staying informed on EV trends and local incentives. Additional tasks may be assigned, such as direct deliveries to customer homes, to meet evolving business needs.
Benefits and Salary
Compensation for this full-time position is expected to range from $25.99 to $49.61 per hour, plus cash and stock awards and benefits. Pay offered may vary based on factors like market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package may also include other components based on the position offered. Further details on benefit plans will be provided upon an offer of employment.

Requirements / Skills
- 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Passionate about the Tesla Mission and personal transportation innovations
- Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
- Valid driver’s license required
