About the Role: Team Member (Overnight)
As an overnight Team Member at Tim Hortons, your core focus is guest satisfaction. You’ll rotate through key stations including the drive-thru, front counter, and sandwich station, ensuring every guest gets a quality experience no matter the hour. You’ll be trained thoroughly in food preparation standards, equipment operation, food safety, and health and safety protocols.
Maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant is a central part of the role. This includes sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, changing garbage bins, cleaning the dining area, parking lot, and behind the counter. You’ll also be expected to follow all Tim Hortons operating guidelines consistently while contributing positively to team morale during late-night hours.

This position pays $17.65/hour total — made up of a base rate of $16.15/hour plus a $1.50 overnight shift premium. Responsibilities
Overnight Team Members at Tim Hortons keep the restaurant running from prep to service.
