Team Leader – Dollarama – Vancouver, BC

Join Dollarama as a Team Leader and be part of a dynamic management team. In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations. When needed, you’ll act as Manager on Duty (MOD), making sure tasks are assigned, procedures are followed, and employees work safely.
You will also take part in inventory processes, ensure store opening/closing tasks are completed, and assist in the training of new employees. This is an excellent opportunity to gain leadership experience and grow within a successful Canadian retail company.
About the role: Team Leader
As a Team Leader, your responsibilities include assigning tasks, ensuring team safety, and maintaining smooth daily operations. You’ll step up in the absence of store management and take ownership of store standards, supporting the store’s overall success.
You’ll also be involved in onboarding new employees and inventory processes, gaining firsthand insight into the internal operations of the store. This role is ideal for individuals with retail experience, looking to develop leadership and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
