Team Lead, Warehouse (Evening) – Dollarama – Lachine, QC

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, you will coordinate evening shift activities to ensure smooth inbound, storage, and outbound processes. You’ll optimize resources, uphold inventory accuracy, and foster a positive, safe work environment aligned with Dollarama’s values.
As a key leader on the evening team, you will engage with drivers and operators, run critical reports, and propose process improvements to boost productivity and compliance. Your ability to communicate priorities and follow up on action plans will drive operational excellence.
About the role: Team Lead, Warehouse (Evening)
You will plan and prioritize activities across reception, storage, and expedition, ensuring that pickers, forklift operators, and trans-pallet drivers know the evening’s objectives. You’ll lead nightly briefings, issue CVP audit reports, and set shift priorities based on real-time SAP and WMS data.
In collaboration with cross-shift teams, you’ll research discrepancies, manage key performance indicators, and coach team members to adopt best practices. Your insights on process gaps and safety norms will shape continuous improvement initiatives.

- 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
