About the role: Tax Manager, Indirect Tax Planning

As a Tax Manager within the Indirect Tax Planning team, you’ll lead Canadian indirect tax projects across all Amazon businesses (except AWS). You’ll design and implement tax solutions, guide stakeholders, and help shape policy responses for changing legislation. Your responsibilities include tax planning, drafting memos, analyzing legislation, and collaborating with global tax teams.

You’ll also engage in internal process improvements, promote tax awareness, and contribute to compliance and controllership efforts. This role demands deep knowledge of Canadian tax law and the ability to communicate clearly with non-tax stakeholders, senior leaders, and government entities.

This role includes a competitive total compensation package that reflects your experience and skills. Salary ranges from $89,200 to $149,000 CAD/year, plus eligibility for equity, sign-on payments, and a range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
