Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, supply chain, operations management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar supervisory role
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to interpret and track KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution environment
- Experience managing scheduling, timesheets, resource allocation, and productivity tracking
Key Responsibilities
- Assign team members based on shift priorities and operational needs
- Evaluate productivity and implement solutions to improve execution
- Supervise team leaders and support their daily tasks
- Promote and enforce OHS standards to maintain a safe work environment
- Identify training needs and coach employees as needed
- Resolve inventory and quality issues by recommending corrective action
- Ensure all tools, materials, and resources are available for smooth operations
- Support KPI reporting and validate accuracy of collected data
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing based on absenteeism and workflow needs
- Validate timesheets in Kronos
- Participate in recruitment and performance development
- Review operational reports and resolve discrepancies
