Responsibilities
As the Store Manager, you are the backbone of your Dollarama location. Your day-to-day involves a mix of people leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on retail work that keeps the store running smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and manage all store associates, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance development
- Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and store security
