Requirements / Skills
- Minimum two (2) years’ retail industry experience, demonstrating retail management expertise and a track record of driving sales performance.
- At least one (1) year in a team management position, showcasing leadership, mentoring abilities, and team development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to drive customer satisfaction, resolve issues effectively, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Ability to organize time and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing operational tasks, staff coordination, and store maintenance.
- Inventory management and scheduling proficiency aligned with store needs; adept at analyzing stock levels and optimizing replenishment.
- Flexibility in work schedule based on store operational requirements and seasonal demands.
