Stocker – Costco – Winnipeg, MB

Costco Wholesale Canada is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocker for its Winnipeg warehouse located at 4077 Portage Avenue. As part of the merchandising team, you’ll ensure products are well-stocked, aisles are clean and organized, and members receive exceptional service. About the role: Stocker

The Stocker ensures merchandise is neatly displayed, fully stocked, and safe for members to access. You’ll follow merchandising plans, replenish inventory, and assist with the setup of display models. Collaboration with supervisors, forklift drivers, and other team members is essential to maintain smooth operations on the warehouse floor.

This role involves physical activity, including lifting, moving, and organizing pallets, as well as cleaning and maintaining a safe work environment. You’ll also help members locate products and load large items into carts while upholding Costco’s exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow merchandising standards and restock products to maintain full shelves
• Organize product displays and assist with display assembly as required
• Operate pallet jacks and assist forklift drivers in retrieving merchandise
• Rotate and align products for presentation and accessibility
• Ensure all products are properly signed and labeled
• Clean aisles, remove debris, and operate cardboard bailers and compactors
• Assist members with product information and loading large items
• Maintain adherence to all safety and security procedures

Requirements / Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• No previous experience required — training provided
• Ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise safely
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow merchandising guidelines
• For Quebec candidates: must be bilingual (French and English)
