Responsibilities

The day-to-day work of a Stock Unloader Associate is physical, purposeful, and team-oriented. From preparing the receiving area to pulling pallets onto the sales floor, every task you complete helps keep the store running smoothly and customers coming back.

  • Prepare and reset the receiving area at the start of each shift
  • Unload and sort general merchandise trailers efficiently and accurately
  • Complete live unloading of all remaining merchandise to ensure nothing gets left behind
  • Maintain the cold chain for refrigerated and frozen items during receiving and stocking
  • Pull pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing
  • Assist with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service when required
  • Label and place overstock merchandise in designated areas
  • Contribute to a safe, clean environment by following company policy, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
