As a Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will help product teams pioneer and build LLM-powered innovative new experiences that help advertisers get the most of their campaign.

About the role: Sr. Technical Program Manager, Campaign Management
The campaign management program owns the software that over a million advertisers use to manage strategies on Amazon. These tools are a rapidly evolving fabric that must enable rapid development by teams outside the reporting and campaign management program. You will connect teams and unify them around a common understanding of how systems work, bringing deep knowledge to incorporate new advertising program requirements into the existing experience.
Great candidates communicate well, collaborate on win-win solutions, and delight in solving problems. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, product leaders, and software development managers to deliver world-class software.

Requirements / Skills
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years TPM experience working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Preferred: 5+ years of project management disciplines (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk)
- Preferred: Defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
