If you enjoy working across sales, marketing, and alliances—and you like backing strategy with clear metrics—this position puts you at the center of Canada’s partner ecosystem with room to scale programs nationwide.

About the Role

You’ll own the Canada partner marketing plan end to end: prioritize focus areas, build joint campaigns “with and through” partners, and allocate budget where it will move pipeline the most. Day to day, you’ll translate business goals into practical plays—co-branded launches, events, digital programs, and enablement that help partners tell strong AWS stories.

You’ll work closely with Sales leadership, the AWS Partner Organization, and Field Marketing to keep plans aligned by segment and industry, including Public Sector. Expect to set a reporting rhythm, review results with stakeholders, and iterate quickly based on what the data shows.
