Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC is seeking a dynamic Sr. Operations Manager to join their team at the YXU1 FC location near London, Ontario. This exciting role is situated in a Gen10.2 ARS FC within the CACF network, offering a unique opportunity to lead and develop operational excellence.
This role involves overseeing all budgetary, people development, and operations objectives. You’ll be managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, ensuring performance objectives are met, fostering positive employee relations, and building leadership capabilities within the Fulfillment Center.
About the Role: Sr. Operations Manager
As a Sr. Operations Manager, you will drive the creation of quality initiatives and process changes to help your functional area meet and exceed business plans. You’ll be responsible for the overall safety, quality, and performance of either Inbound or Outbound operations, setting and clarifying requirements for Operations and Area Managers, and holding them accountable for their performance.
You’ll work closely with support staff from HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure resources for projects and initiatives. Ensuring best practices are shared across departments and shifts is key to this role.
Benefits and Salary
The base salary range for this position is between 116,100.00 and 193,900.00 CAD annually.
