About the Role: Sr. Operations Manager

As a Sr. Operations Manager, you will drive the creation of quality initiatives and process changes to help your functional area meet and exceed business plans. You’ll be responsible for the overall safety, quality, and performance of either Inbound or Outbound operations, setting and clarifying requirements for Operations and Area Managers, and holding them accountable for their performance.

You’ll work closely with support staff from HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure resources for projects and initiatives. Ensuring best practices are shared across departments and shifts is key to this role.

The base salary range for this position is between 116,100.00 and 193,900.00 CAD annually.
