Amazon’s Prime Video International Marketing Team is looking for a sharp, results-driven Sr. Marketing Manager – Lifecycle to join their Owned & Operated (O&O) Marketing division in Toronto, Ontario. This is a senior-level role at the intersection of lifecycle strategy, cross-regional coordination, and marketing experimentation — supporting markets across Europe, Latin America, Canada, and beyond.
In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact for regional Growth & Engagement managers, owning the Traffic and Lifecycle roadmap for Prime Video International. You’ll drive experiment prioritization, define measurement frameworks, and deliver leadership reporting across a portfolio of markets — all while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple international stakeholders.
About the Role: Sr. Marketing Manager – Lifecycle
As the Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager, your mandate covers three core pillars: centralizing outputs from regional Traffic & Lifecycle owners and managing the experiment roadmap (including ad-hoc and intake requests from regional leads); owning the overall Traffic and Lifecycle roadmap and providing leadership with progress updates and learnings; and defining the measurement framework for lifecycle marketing, owning reporting inputs in regular business reviews, and coordinating across teams as needed.
You’ll be expected to hold a high bar for strategic alignment, navigate complex regional structures with strong organizational skills, and share best practices across Prime Video teams globally. Flexibility and comfort working across multiple timezones and languages are essential to success in this role.
Benefits and Salary
Amazon offers a base salary range of $91,600 to $153,000 CAD annually for this position in Toronto, with total compensation that may also include sign-on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D), a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and additional resources to support health and well-being.

- Provide leadership updates on roadmap progress, experiment learnings, and regional performance across multiple markets
- Navigate complex regional structures with strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple timezones and languages
- Share best practices and learnings across Prime Video teams to elevate the standard of lifecycle marketing globally
- Support new intake requests from regional leads, evaluating and incorporating ad-hoc initiatives into the centralized experiment roadmap
Requirements / Skills
Amazon is looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in lifecycle or acquisition marketing at scale. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigour with the ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships across global markets.
- 6+ years of marketing experience in a professional, non-internship capacity
- 6+ years managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
- Data and metrics proficiency — experience using data to drive improvements and inform decisions
- Excel or Tableau expertise — including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables
- Cross-functional program management — experience building, executing, and scaling marketing programs across teams
- International campaign execution — experience developing and running campaigns across multiple timezones and languages
- Preferred: Experience aligning large cross-functional teams and agency partners, as well as executing joint marketing plans with global strategic alliance partners
