In this position, you’ll own the Amazon Ads / Agency Holding Company relationship at the most senior level, with accountability for accelerating Amazon Ads revenue, increasing tool adoption, and expanding penetration across the agency’s total advertiser universe. You’ll operate within matrixed organizations, use data-driven decision-making, and “think big” while prioritizing bar-raising experiences for Amazon Advertising’s media agency customers.

About the role: Sr. Agency Development Manager (Amazon Ads)

As a Sr. Agency Development Manager, you play a critical role in enabling agencies with the knowledge, tools, education, and ideas they need to develop and sell through Amazon-focused strategies to their clients. You’ll be accountable for advertiser growth through strategic alliances, education, and ideation directly with agencies, while helping customers benefit from flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service and programmatic ad buying.

You’ll be comfortable working with complex data sets, inventing and simplifying for customers, and collaborating across Amazon to drive outcomes. This role requires strong communication, the ability to earn trust with senior stakeholders, and the ability to deliver compelling narratives and plans that increase adoption of Amazon Advertising tools and products, including a focus on video-centric branding solutions.
