About the Role: Service Advisor
The Service Advisor serves as the main point of contact for Tesla service customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally. In this role, you’ll assess technical issues, manage repair workflows, and maintain open communication with customers regarding their vehicle status. You’ll also collaborate with Tesla’s service team to provide seamless support and maintain high standards of excellence.
With an emphasis on customer satisfaction and technical expertise, this role is integral to Tesla’s mission of delivering world-class service while driving the adoption of sustainable energy solutions.
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming environment.
- Diagnose technical issues, provide solutions over the phone when possible, and escalate cases to the Service Manager as needed.
- Accurately document customer concerns and repair details in the Dealer Management System with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Guide customers through repair processes, summarize work performed, and manage transactions with clarity.
- Keep customers informed on repair progress, completion times, and vehicle status with regular updates and thorough follow-ups.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and pick-up times with customers while ensuring satisfaction with the provided services.
