About the Role: Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor, you’ll respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, addressing customer concerns with exceptional attention and response time. You’ll also record issues accurately in the Dealer Management System, ensuring every detail is captured.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating vehicle details prior to delivery, maintaining clear communication with customers about estimated completion times, and ensuring seamless service operations. Your role is crucial in maintaining Tesla’s high standards of safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor, your day-to-day tasks will revolve around ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service operations. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining Tesla’s reputation for excellence.

- Record customer concerns accurately in the Dealer Management System.

Requirements / Skills
