Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize the subscriber base and hit retention, satisfaction, and revenue targets
  • Own retention and win-back strategies across all customer touchpoints
  • Lead upgrade, add-on, and trade-in strategies with cohesive lifecycle experiences
  • Analyze customer data and trends to inform product strategy and lifecycle journeys
  • Own churn forecasting for long-range planning and near-term operations
  • Track and report lifecycle KPIs in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
  • Produce business analyses, financial models, and written strategy documents
  • Influence cross-functional teams and collaborate globally to share best practices

Requirements / Skills

  • 5+ years experience in product management, corporate strategy, lifecycle management, or analytics
  • 5+ years managing business metrics (P&L, revenue targets, retention or loyalty)
  • 5+ years experience in consumer telecommunications or satellite services
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Comfort working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
