As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive on the Amazon Business team, you’ll operate at the intersection of technology, retail, and enterprise procurement transformation. Your portfolio will include large national nonprofit organizations, and your mandate is clear: drive adoption, build pipeline, and deliver measurable results at scale. Benefits and Salary
Amazon offers a competitive base salary range of $83,200 to $138,900 CAD annually for this position in Toronto. Total compensation may also include sign-on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), with final offers based on experience, qualifications, and location. Responsibilities
In this full-cycle enterprise sales role, you’ll own every stage of the customer journey — from prospecting and outreach all the way through to long-term account growth and expansion. Your day-to-day will blend strategic territory planning with hands-on executive engagement, ensuring that your nonprofit customers see real, measurable impact from Amazon Business solutions.
- Own the complete sales cycle across a defined portfolio of large national nonprofit organizations, covering both high-spend strategic accounts and net-new enterprise prospects
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy, driving pipeline creation, demand generation, and long-term account expansion
- Engage executive stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Operations as a trusted advisor contributing meaningfully to procurement strategy discussions
- Lead complex enterprise negotiations involving multiple decision makers and influencers, navigating organizational dynamics with confidence
- Design and position tailored procurement solutions that improve compliance, spend visibility, operational efficiency, and cost control
- Demonstrate expertise in enterprise purchasing workflows, system integrations, and change management within large organizations
- Drive adoption and growth by partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and measurable customer outcomes

Requirements / Skills

- 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience with a focus on new business development (7+ years preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution

- Microsoft Office proficiency across standard business productivity applications
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes is a strong asset
- Experience in the nonprofit sector or with large-scale technology deal management is considered a significant advantage
