You’ll be selling across Amazon’s full suite of advertising solutions — from display and video to programmatic and DSP-driven campaigns — leveraging first-party data and Amazon’s massive reach across properties like Amazon.ca, Prime Video, Twitch, and beyond.

About the Role: Senior Account Executive, Consumer Electronics & Media

Day to day, you’ll be building and executing full-funnel advertising strategies for clients ranging from global consumer electronics brands to major media companies. You’ll work closely with both client-side contacts and agency partners, bringing a consultative sales approach that connects Amazon’s advertising capabilities to real business outcomes. The role is based out of the Toronto office with a minimum of three days per week on-site, plus travel as needed.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team and have access to leadership that has helped drive significant growth in Amazon Ads’ Canadian business. Collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex ad-tech concepts into business value are central to how this team operates.

Benefits and Salary

The base salary range for this position is $132,200 to $198,200 CAD annually, based in Toronto, ON. As part of Amazon’s total compensation approach, the package may also include sign-on payments, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and sales incentives depending on eligibility. Amazon also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life and AD&D), a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and additional wellness resources.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive on the Consumer Electronics & Media team, you’ll be expected to own and grow a portfolio of major Canadian advertisers. Your work will span relationship building, strategic planning, and hands-on campaign consultation — everything required to drive meaningful, measurable results for your clients while meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets.

  • Deliver consultative sales at a high level to agency and brand media clients across Canada
  • Build and execute full-funnel advertising strategies from big creative ideas through to data-driven analytical recommendations
  • Develop new client relationships at all levels within large advertiser organizations in the Consumer Electronics and Media verticals
  • Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers while identifying net new revenue opportunities within the same accounts
  • Translate ad-tech concepts — including DSPs, programmatic buying, audience targeting, and measurement — into tangible business value for clients and agencies
  • Leverage Amazon’s advertising solutions across display, video, and programmatic to build customized strategies that address client business goals
  • Utilize CRM tools to track account information, sales activity, and progress toward quarterly quota goals
  • Demonstrate internal leadership across account teams and cross-functional partner groups
