About the role: Self Checkout Attendant

As a Self Checkout Attendant, you’ll provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their self-checkout transactions and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area. You’ll monitor activity around the self-checkout lanes, respond quickly when help is needed, and ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience.

You’ll also educate customers on the correct use of self-service options, promote company programs such as credit card services and charity initiatives, and communicate courteously when quality checks or interventions are required.
