About the role: Restaurant Manager
In this full-time role at our Toronto (Bathurst) location, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring team performance aligns with guest satisfaction goals. You’ll manage staffing, inventory, and financial metrics to support a thriving quick service restaurant.
You will recruit, train, and mentor team members, delegating tasks effectively and maintaining Tim Hortons’ standards. Your 3–5 years of supervisory experience in quick service will guide you in driving team productivity and fostering a positive culture.
