About the Role: Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons, you’ll empower your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift. You’ll manage daily operations including supply ordering, building maintenance, cleanliness and security, and ensure Always Fresh production standards and waste levels are consistently met. Using the Continuous Performance Plan (CPP), you’ll work to budgets, maximize profits, and hit sales and transaction targets while controlling Food, Paper, and Labour costs and overseeing payroll administration.

On the people side, you’ll recruit, train, and develop team members, conduct performance management, and motivate your crew to achieve their goals. You’ll build the restaurant’s bench strength by identifying high-potential employees and preparing them for advancement. You’re also responsible for ensuring full legislative compliance, maintaining an open-door policy, handling guest complaints professionally, and upholding Tim Hortons’ standards for ethics and conduct.
