Regional Workplace Manager – Tesla – Toronto, ON

Tesla is hiring a Regional Workplace Manager in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you’ll oversee facilities operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure world-class workplace programs across multiple Tesla Sales, Service, Delivery, and Collision sites. As a Regional Workplace Manager, you will partner with field leadership and third-party providers to deliver proactive repairs, capital improvements, and new site openings. About the Role

In this position, you’ll act as the frontline leader for Tesla’s regional facilities, responsible for scoping and executing improvement projects, managing emergency requests, and leading ongoing maintenance programs. You will coordinate with service providers to ensure quick resolutions and sustained operational excellence across all assigned locations.

To succeed, you’ll need strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and vendor management expertise. This role requires regular travel, participation in 24/7 on-call rotation, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that drive cost efficiency, speed, and quality outcomes.

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years in customer service and facility management (emergency response preferred)
• Strong ability to manage vendors and measure remote performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership as a self-starter with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel regularly and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
• Experience with utility management, expense tracking, and reporting tools
