Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC is hiring a Regional Quality & Benchmarking (Q&B) Specialist for its Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team in Calgary and Acheson, AB. Operations is at the heart of Amazon’s business, and this role plays a critical part in ensuring speed, accuracy, and continuous improvement across fulfillment centres. The RME team maintains robotics and material handling equipment, driving innovation and efficiency behind the scenes to deliver the Amazon Smile worldwide.

The Regional Q&B Specialist will guide field teams, evaluate performance, and implement best practices to improve reliability year over year, positioning Amazon RME for long-term success.
About the role: Regional Q&B Specialist (CACF RME)
The Regional Q&B Specialist is responsible for establishing quality systems, conducting maintenance audits, and developing risk-based decision-making tools for site managers. This includes standardizing parts quality management, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and helping define the 3–5 year strategic vision for Amazon RME Quality.
In this role, you will partner with central reliability and RAPA teams, contribute as a senior quality engineer, and lead initiatives in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. With up to 80% domestic travel, this is a hands-on leadership opportunity to make a measurable impact on Amazon’s operational excellence.

Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or manufacturing engineering
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement (preferred)
- Experience in complex environments (robotics, automation, diagnostics, test equipment) preferred
- Strong analytical, auditing, and communication skills
