About the Role: Reg.Quality & Benchmarking Specialist
As a Regional Quality & Benchmarking Specialist, your main duties include building quality systems for RME, guiding field teams in decision-making, and evaluating Fulfillment Center performance. You will also implement best practices to enhance reliability metrics annually.
Compliance and safety are paramount, and you’ll ensure all practices meet Amazon’s high standards. Collaboration with teams to develop tools and processes that track audits and parts mechanisms is crucial.

Responsibilities
The day-to-day work involves leading initiatives that enhance the quality and reliability of Amazon’s operations. Your contributions will ensure that the company maintains its high standards and continues to delight customers worldwide.
- Establish parts cage quality standards and build a standard work around parts quality management
- Develop a risk-based interface to prioritize work based on asset failure risk
- Collaborate with teams to create tools and processes for tracking audits and parts mechanisms
- Standardize maintenance procedure quality across all sites
- Conduct regular maintenance audits to ensure adherence to best practices
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using AMS Standards
- Identify and validate new company-wide Program Management processes
- Contribute as a senior quality engineer on a high-performing team
- Define the long-term RME Quality strategic vision and roadmap
Requirements / Skills
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background and a passion for continuous improvement. Your ability to manage projects and lead teams will be essential.
- 5+ years of experience managing large projects
- 5+ years in a Reliability Program Manager role
- 5+ years of Microsoft Office experience
- 5+ years in the refrigeration industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with material handling equipment
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
