Tesla is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join its Toronto Automation team in Richmond Hill, Ontario. About the Role
As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will manage purchasing in ERP systems (M1 and WARP), support sourcing and RFQs, and drive accurate BOM and HS code updates. You’ll coordinate with vendors, resolve invoice and order discrepancies, and expedite critical orders to meet project timelines. Maintaining accurate supplier records, onboarding vendors, and supporting continuous improvement in procurement efficiency are key parts of the role.
Your contributions will help Tesla deliver cost-effective purchasing solutions while strengthening supplier relationships and ensuring world-class standards for automation and manufacturing projects.

Requirements / Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or office administration
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (M1/WARP) and strong Microsoft Office skills
