About the Role: Pharmacist

As a Pharmacist at Costco Richmond, your primary focus is delivering high-quality direct patient care.   • Administer medications by injection and adapt, extend, or modify prescriptions as permitted under BC provincial regulations
  • Recruit and conduct health and wellness clinics, documenting interventions in accordance with provincial regulations
  • Order and communicate laboratory tests to the extent permitted by provincial regulations
  • Act as Pharmacist-In-Charge in the absence of the pharmacy manager and supervise pharmacy interns and students
  • Maintain professional competence through continuing education initiatives and keep all required certifications current
  • Participate in a patient safety culture by reducing and eliminating prescription incidents and properly managing those that occur

Requirements / Skills
