As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the service centre’s operations. This includes sourcing and allocating parts, monitoring inventory, and ensuring the smooth preparation of vehicle service appointments. About the Role: Parts Advisor

In this position, you will source parts from Distribution Centres and other Service Centre locations, ensuring they are allocated to vehicle service appointments. You will also monitor inventory and communicate updates with relevant team members, ensuring that all appointments are well-prepared and documented. Additionally, you will handle warranty part shipments and collaborate with the Regional Parts Manager for any escalations.

Compliance with safety standards is key, especially when handling hazardous materials and high-voltage batteries. You will work closely with vendors, providing feedback for improvements, and occasionally manage parts transport using a van or forklift.
