About the Role: Part-Time Fashion Associate

This position puts you right in the middle of the action on the salesfloor. You’ll be responsible for receiving and stocking fashion merchandise, ensuring items are merchandised correctly according to modular plans, and making sure signage and fixtures are in place and properly maintained. Beyond stocking, you’ll be a first point of contact for customers — helping them locate products, answering questions, and resolving concerns when they come up.

Keeping a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment is a core part of this role. That means following Walmart’s policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and making sure displays and fixtures are secure at all times. You’ll also contribute to seasonal merchandise execution, working with your team to plan and carry out seasonal floor changes efficiently.

The minimum starting rate of pay for this position is $17.75 per hour, with the actual rate determined based on relevant experience. • Keep the salesfloor clean, tidy, and safe for customers at all times
• Complete safety sweep logs and ensure all displays and fixtures are secure, in line with Walmart’s health and safety policies
