As an Order Picker with Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. in Winnipeg, MB, you’ll pull merchandise from stock to build high-volume Business Centre orders. This is a fast-paced warehouse role where accuracy matters—you’ll use a wearable scanner to locate items, build orders on pallets or flat carts, and move product through the warehouse using a manual pallet jack.

About the role: Order Picker
In this position, you’ll follow Costco picking procedures and use a scanned pick ticket to pull items from floor stock, confirm item counts/condition, and document quantities (or weight) directly in the wearable scanner. You’ll move pallets throughout the warehouse, bring completed orders to the audit area, and then load approved orders onto trucks for delivery.
You’ll work closely with forklift drivers when large-quantity items are needed from steel shelves, including spotting to keep people clear of fall zones. Safety, organization, and consistent accuracy are key for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Transfer completed orders to the audit area and load approved orders onto delivery trucks
- Coordinate with forklift drivers for full pallets from steel shelves and spot to maintain safety zones
- Follow all safety and security procedures and provide courteous member service
Requirements / Skills
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Certification: Costco Food Safety Certification – Level 1 required first day
- Cert asset: Costco Operation of Electric Pallet Jack Certification
- Experience: Stocker experience preferred
- Skills: Math skills required; computer skills preferred
- Comfort working safely in a warehouse environment with pallet jacks, pallets, and forklift activity
