About the Role: Operations Manager

You’ll oversee three critical workflow stages: First Mile (product storage and order readiness), Middle Mile (hauling orders to your area), and Last Mile (final delivery to customers’ doors). This role demands cross-functional collaboration — you’ll work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources teams to build strategies that meet business objectives. Benefits and Salary
Amazon offers a competitive base salary range of $98,900 to $165,200 CAD annually for this position in Brampton, ON. As part of a total compensation package, additional elements may include sign-on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), with final compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and location. Responsibilities
The Operations Manager at Amazon plays a multi-faceted leadership role — from mentoring front-line associates to executing large-scale operational projects. Requirements / Skills

- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience (preferred) — candidates with a background in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies will stand out
