Key Responsibilities
Lead and Execute Marketing Campaigns
- Design and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social media, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with external agencies to develop and execute impactful creative assets.
- Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, from strategy development to tactical delivery.
- Perform high-impact A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
Drive Results and Reporting
- Monitor and report campaign metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Present findings and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Leverage Amazon’s internal tools to develop and optimize campaign performance.
Foster Collaboration and Innovation
- Partner with sales, customer success, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and implement bold, creative ideas to drive top-of-funnel demand and enhance customer growth.
- Act as a key stakeholder in weekly cross-functional meetings, ensuring marketing goals align with organizational priorities.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience, including building and scaling cross-functional campaigns.
