Based out of a designated “home” store, the Market Leader will directly guide the Assistant Store Manager of that location and oversee Store Managers of other assigned stores. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to deliver consistent customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability.

About the Role: Market Leader

As a Market Leader, you will be responsible for all operational activities, including merchandising, recruitment, training, scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
