Market Leader – Dollarama – Saint John, NL

Dollarama is seeking an experienced and motivated Market Leader in Saint John, NL. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 2 to 5 retail stores. The Market Leader will drive sales growth, lead people development, manage inventory, and ensure operational excellence across all assigned stores.

Based out of a designated “home” store, the Market Leader will directly guide the Assistant Store Manager of that location and oversee Store Managers of other assigned stores. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to deliver consistent customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability.

About the Role: Market Leader

As a Market Leader, you will be responsible for all operational activities, including merchandising, recruitment, training, scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting. You’ll conduct store visits, ensure compliance with company standards, and develop action plans to capture opportunities for sales and margin growth.

This role also involves opening new stores, implementing best practices, and building a strong team culture. With a focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and employee engagement, you’ll be accountable for achieving district goals and driving sustainable business success.
