Responsibilities

- Select, train, and develop HR team members to uphold effective processes
- Provide leadership to Payroll-Timekeeping Analysts, managing compliance and enhancements
- Develop action plans to improve HR support functions
- Oversee benefit eligibility and manage processes for inactive team members
- Prepare reports for regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
- Partner with HR Technology for system requirements and upgrades
Requirements / Skills

- High School diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary degree in HR preferred
- Five years HR experience with payroll emphasis
