Working on-site at the IT Warehouse, typically Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (subject to change), you support the operations team by packing shipments, maintaining IT inventory, and handling receive, induct, pick and audit activities for IT assets. You also help keep all IT areas clean and organized, contributing to an environment where innovation, creativity and problem solving are part of the day-to-day work.

As a Logistics Associate, IT Warehouse, you are responsible for receiving, storing and tracking IT assets such as laptops, peripherals and accessories with a high level of accuracy. You pick, stage and prepare IT equipment for configuration, deployment and shipment so that new hires, office locations and internal customers receive the hardware they need on time.

Your day-to-day includes packing shipments for internal offices and direct-to-customer deliveries, supporting warehouse operations such as receiving, inducting, inventory audits and cycle counts, and managing returned IT assets through compute reuse, reverse logistics or disposal workflows. You also handle and destroy IT media in line with InfoSec and data-handling policies, prepare new-hire equipment, assist with decommissioning hardware from departing staff and help maintain clean, compliant IT storage areas while adapting to shifting operational priorities.

This Logistics Associate, IT Warehouse position offers a base salary ranging from $49,400 to $59,300 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
