About the Role: Human Resource Business Partner

As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will be responsible for building strong relationships at all organizational levels to support local business needs and HR strategies. You’ll act as a change agent, guiding leaders in effective change management and providing coaching to enhance their management skills.

You’ll also partner with Talent Acquisition to develop HR plans that attract, develop, and retain talent. This includes championing performance and talent management processes, acting as the primary contact for union representatives, and leading investigations into employee relations issues.
