Requirements / Skills

  • Canadian High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Six months of FedEx experience preferred
  • Ability to operate confidently in a PC Windows environment
  • Basic Excel skills preferred
  • Knowledge of FedEx Operations preferred
  • Knowledge of Canadian Customs Import and Export regulations preferred
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment (for applicable ports)
  • Valid driver’s licence and good driving record (for applicable ports)
  • Bilingual French/English required if residing in Quebec
  • Strong accuracy, record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities
