This position may involve lifting packages (depending on airport port location), supporting problem resolution, and working within established FedEx procedures. In certain ports, occasional driving may be required and will necessitate a valid driver’s licence and good driving record.

Requirements / Skills
- Canadian High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Six months of FedEx experience preferred
- Ability to operate confidently in a PC Windows environment
- Basic Excel skills preferred
- Knowledge of FedEx Operations preferred
- Knowledge of Canadian Customs Import and Export regulations preferred
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment (for applicable ports)
- Valid driver’s licence and good driving record (for applicable ports)
- Bilingual French/English required if residing in Quebec
- Strong accuracy, record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities
