As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be a central part of the leadership team—coordinating schedules, managing office operations, handling expense reports and travel, and supporting internal communications. About the Role

In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day administrative functions including expense reporting, calendar management, meeting coordination, and conference planning. You’ll also assist with creating documents and presentations, internal communications, and organizing team events. Supporting cross-functional partners in Workforce Management, Recruiting, HR, and Maintenance is a key aspect of this position.
