About the role: Flex Driver
As a Flex Driver, you will deliver packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, verify orders and documentation, and handle vehicle loading/unloading with care. You’ll represent FedEx at every stop—answering questions, providing courteous support, and ensuring deliveries meet quality and timeliness standards.
You will complete the pre-placement driver assessment and required training, follow safety procedures at all times, and adapt to varying shift patterns. The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and to operate in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
