About the role: Flex Driver

As a Flex Driver, you will deliver packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, verify orders and documentation, and handle vehicle loading/unloading with care. You’ll represent FedEx at every stop—answering questions, providing courteous support, and ensuring deliveries meet quality and timeliness standards.

You will complete the pre-placement driver assessment and required training, follow safety procedures at all times, and adapt to varying shift patterns.
