Flex Driver – FedEx Canada – Regina, SK

As a Flex Driver with Federal Express Corporation Canada in Regina, SK, you will be responsible for the timely delivery and pickup of packages along assigned routes, while providing excellent customer service to FedEx customers. This is a part-time, casual driving role with flexible scheduling based on operational needs.

In this role, you will review delivery orders, load and unload your vehicle, and ensure packages are delivered safely and on time. You’ll represent FedEx directly with customers, so strong communication and professionalism are essential. Shifts may vary in length and frequency depending on business requirements.

Benefits and Salary

• Hourly wage: $21.09/hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to predetermined customers on assigned routes
• Review delivery orders prior to departure
• Load and unload packages safely from the delivery vehicle
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickups
• Operate the vehicle safely while following all FedEx procedures
• Complete required training and driver assessments

Requirements / Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 (full G) driver’s license
• No prior driving experience required (customer service experience is an asset)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Must successfully complete all required driver training and assessments
